The Ritual Committee consists of a Board of Directors-nominated Chairperson, the Rabbi, and other CAI Members who are dedicated to helping shape the ritual practice of our Synagogue. It is responsible for creating and/or executing policies regarding ritual practice including but not limited to worship services and proposed changes to them, use of synagogue space, kashrut, High Holiday planning, maintenance of worship materials including Torah scrolls, prayer books, etc. With the guiding wisdom of our Rabbi, it is the responsibility of the Ritual Committee to bridge the diverse views and needs of our membership into a cohesive community.
